Hwa Rang Do has extensive curriculum on the subject of joint-manipulation both stand-up and on the ground. Here Grandmaster Taejoon Lee demonstrates some basic joint-manipulation techniques, with secondary, and tertiary options, finishing in a full submission and/or restraint techniques on the ground.
